Extrísimo Semidulce undergoes a traditional winemaking process: after crushing, destemming and pressing, the juice is clarified off solids before alcoholic fermentation which takes place under temperature control between 16-18 ºC during 15 days. Grape varieties are processed separately, to enable an adequate blend for Extrísimo Semidulce. After blending, wine is then aged with French and American oaks of different toast during a few months, which gives it its characteristic bouquet.
