Montalegre is the name of the cartoixa (monestry) of Tiana. This name was used as brand for Parxet in our early beginning.
Medium gold color and bright. Bubbles are fine and perfectly integrated.
Very suggesting nose, marking the aromas of ripe white fruits as baked apple.
Structured, with volume, with toasty and biscuit notes due to the long ageing process.
The history of the Titiana winery is intimately linked to Tiana, the Sierra de Marina Mountains, sauló (sandstone soil), the influence of the sea, the city of Barcelona and the homestead of Mas Parxet. We aim for total purity in the Titiana cavas; they are made without blending zones or different varieties. They come from specific parcels that express themselves and are balanced in their own right, which is why these cavas have a unique integrity.
