Red Terra de Pau is a seductive, friendly red wine, with aromas of red fruits and balsamic notes typical of the Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Tempranillo varieties. It is a red with soft tannins that will be ideal for a wide range of dishes, due to its pleasant aroma and balance.

We carry out a traditional vinification: pre-fermentation maceration, alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature and malolactic fermentation. The grapes undergo a small maceration of a few hours together with their skins in a stainless steel tank and the yeasts are quickly added to carry out the fermentation. After this, it is transferred to another tank to carry out malolactic fermentation. Once finished, the wine will rest for a few months in the tank to round and soften the tannins.
