White Terra de Pau is a wine with an original blend of Chardonnay, Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Muscat. It is a dry white wine that envelops us with its freshness and its aromas of white fruits, citrus and a very pleasant floral finish.
A lemon yellow colour with intense greenish highlights. Very brilliant and clear.
An intense aroma that combines yellow and white fruit (apple, pear, pineapple and citrics) with a subtle floral bouquet.
A broad fresh and fruity mouthfeel (citrus and white fruit) with a great deal of intensity. A long lingering finish with a pleasant floral after taste.
It is made following traditional vinification-
It is made following traditional vinification: after de-stemming and pressing, the must is cooled and clarified, preparing it for alcoholic fermentation that takes place at a controlled temperature of 16º for approximately 15 days.
The varieties are vinified separately, which allows for a harmonious blend. The mixed, clarified and stabilized wine is kept in stainless steel tanks until bottling.
