The Winery

The Bach winery has very long tradition of winemaking, with a history that goes back to 1915 in Sant Esteve Sesrovires (in the province of Barcelona).  However, it was not until the Universal Exhibition in Barcelona in 1929 that the first bottles were launched.  Many years have passed since then, but the winery remains steadfast in its faithful adherence to the original spirit of the winery: quality, originality and personality in all of the wines and cavas that it makes.

Elaboration - Vinification

This cava has been carefully elaborated by the traditional method, combining the Monastrell, Grenache and Pinot Noir varieties.

This cava has been carefully elaborated by the traditional method, combining the Monastrell, Grenache and Pinot Noir varieties. The maceration of the must with the skins grants this cava its expressive cherry color. The cava is aged in the cellars for, at least nine months, in contact with lees.
