A fresh, fruity, aromatic white wine.
Clarity and brilliance. Straw yellow with faint greenish hues.
Primary aromas of white fruit abound, predominantly the notes of apple and pear, followed by exotic fruits such as pineapple.
Fresh, pleasant and balanced. A young wine with a pleasant entry on the palate and a personality all its own.
The night harvest was carried out to preserve the primary aromas.
The must was fermented in stainless steel vats at 18ºC. and was then left to mature with fine lees for a month. The wines were then clarified and stabilised. They were sent for bottling, whilst at all times preserving an inert atmosphere to retain all their freshness.
The grapes come from the plateau from specially selected vine plots that are over 10 years old.
The winegrowing practices were in keeping with our philosophy of sustainable and environmentallyfriendly agriculture.
