Vorterekker Gin is a gin that is made following a complex combination of distillations, botanicals and macerations that make it unique in the world. Its base is composed of selected wheat that is distilled three times in hand-made 200-liter copper stills. Formulated with 8 botanical elements (Dutch juniper, vanilla, ginger, licorice, coriander, angelica root, a little lemon peel and the juice of natural South African oranges), Voortrekker Gin achieves this personal character that characterizes it so much. At the end of the Voortrekker distillation process, Gin will macerate for 10h with skins of South African oranges that give it freshness, aroma, bitterness and, above all, a totally natural orange color.
