In 1872, Josep Raventós created the first cava of the world with three native varieties: Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada. His son, Manuel Raventós, commissioned the great architect Puig i Cadafalch to build the family's extraordinary winery, with its modernist arches. The daring of these pioneers now inspires this cuvée from organically farmed vineyards.
