Vinos del Paseante adds to its range a new white wine for the first time in the Denomination of Origin Empordà. Made with the aromatic varieties Grenache Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc.
Expressive aromas of flowers, melon and peach.
The flavors are vibrant and intense, in line with the aromatic profile of melon and peach, intermingled in perfect balance with citrus notes that appear on the long finish.
The grenache blanc and sauvignon blanc grapes are carefully harvested early in the morning and pressed at low temperature to preserve the fresh aromas and flavors.
The juice is fermented at controlled temperatures with selected yeasts to enhance the intense aromas of these two exquisite varieties. At the end of fermentation, the wines are clarified, filtered and bottled with all the varietal characters.
The Empordà offers an immense diversity of vineyards.
From the mountains and their poor and stony soils, low temperatures and traditional viticulture to the lower areas, with richer soils, more modern and traditional viticulture, with intense aromas. This region offers a wide diversity and options for making great wines, and both Grenache Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc come from both areas to offer a wide range of nuances.
