Veranza is a varietal wine with vintage, rosé, from Tierra de Castilla.
An ideal pairing with several dishes; from cold meats, rice dishes, pastas and pizzas right up to firm fish such as monk fish or tuna, as well as white meats.
An intense and lingering aroma. Fruity, with notes of raspberry, strawberry and cherry that render the wine fresh and vivacious.
What stands out is a good balance between structure and acidity. Notes of red currant and wild strawberries. This wine has structure, a fresh and very pleasant mouthfeel and a long pleasant finish.
The destemmed grapes were macerated in stainless steel tanks for 18-20 hours at temperatures below 10 ºC.
The destemmed grapes were macerated in stainless steel tanks for 18-20 hours at temperatures below 10 ºC. The must that was used to make this wine was obtained from devatting the Cabernet Sauvignon and Tempranillo varietals. Once the must was separated from the pomace it was left to ferment in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature below 18 ºC. Once clarified and stabilised, the wines were kept in stainless steel tanks until bottling so as to retain all their freshness.
