Rosé Terra de Pau is a rosé wine made from the Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo and Merlot varieties; crisp and bright, we will be captivated by its intense and persistent aroma of red fruits. It is a fresh and sweet wine that will accompany us well with sausages, rice, fish and white meat.

Elaboration from noble red varieties.
Elaboration from noble red varieties. The flower must, coming from the bleeding of the red maceration tanks, is quickly cooled and filtered. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in the following days at a temperature of 16-18ºC, under strict supervision. Clarified and stabilized wines are kept in stainless steel tanks until bottling to maintain all their freshness.
