The history of Raimat goes back to 1914, when Manuel Raventós i Domènech acquired a plot of arid and unfertile land in a unique setting, converting it into what it is today: 2,245 hectares of 100% certified organic vineyards. Raimat is the expression of wines from Lleida, a land renowned for the quality of its fruit, where the continental climate means that the grapes from this estate give intense and flavourful wines. The winery is a pioneer in the use of the latest growing and winemaking technology, making a clear commitment to sustainable viticulture and to respecting the land and the environment.
The harvest was carried out at night, taking advantage of the cooler temperatures and ensuring a rapid picking process to preserve the primary aromas.
Upon arrival at the winery, after destemming and once a temperature of 10°C had been reached, the grapes were sent directly to the press for a very gentle extraction. The methodology we use at
Raimat is rather unusual: based on the target colour, the winemaker decides what percentage of the freerun juice is allocated to this wine, while the press juice is used for other products. For this rosé, only the first juice fraction is used—the most delicate and fragile, yet also the most elegant, fresh and aromatic. This juice is then fermented at 14°C to preserve these aromas.

With rainfall slightly above the average of the last 20 years, 2025 was a year with temperatures in line with the average of the past two decades, with only the month of June standing out for its higher temperatures.
Following a particularly rainy spring, especially in March, rainfall was distributed consistently throughout most months of the year. In 2025, the grapes showed excellent health and, consequently, outstanding quality. This vintage has produced balanced wines that are highly expressive aromatically, fresh, and with higher-than-usual acidity. Sustained and persistent heat during the month of August accelerated the ripening of many grape varieties, and the harvest was completed two weeks earlier than usual.
