Production - Winemaking

The grapes were destemmed and transferred almost whole to the tanks.

After a 48-hour cold pre-fermentation maceration, alcoholic fermentation took place at 26ºC in order to preserve the varietal aromas. The total maceration time was 10–12 days. The wine then underwent spontaneous malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Once completed, the wine was aged in American oak barrels for a total of 3 months. Afterwards, a light clarification and final filtration were carried out to refine the wine before bottling.

Vineyard - Viticulture

Selected grapes from our own estates and from carefully monitored suppliers, whose vineyards we continuously oversee.

The 2024 vintage can be summarizedas having a mild winter, with no majorfrosts and abundant rainfall, followed by a spring with slightly warmer-than expected temperatures and precipitation levels in line with historical averages. Summer was warmer and drier than anticipated, while the end of the growing season was marked by heavy rainfall and smaller day–night temperature variations than usual for the area. Harvest began on September 23 and ended on October 10—dates when, in the past, the harvest had not even begun.
Grape production was significantly reduced. The wines from the 2024 vintage are fresh, elegant, and well balanced. The reds show pronounced acidity, moderate alcohol content, and good aging potential.
