accompanied by aniseed notes.
Easy to drink, sweet, fresh and fruity. Presents flavors of berries and menthol flavors, and sweet tannins, the result of a good maturation, which make this a wine to enjoy.
The grapes entered the winery quickly after being harvested and underwent cold maceration followed a cold maceration at around 15ºC in order to extract maximum fruit.
The Garnacha fermented at a controlled temperature of 25-28ºC in stainless steel tanks to favor the fruity expression, freshness and elegance of this variety. A small portion was fermented at a higher temperature to provide good tannin, color and aromas to the final blend. After fermentation, the wine was racked to other tanks for malolactic fermentation.
It was a year characterized mainly characterized by low rainfall and and high temperatures, which led to a temperatures that led to an early harvest.
The quality and health of the grapes were good, although yields were significantly lower than usual.
