Bach Chardonnay represents the expression of the earth, whose origin brings nobility, tradition and culture. It is a tribute to the Bach brand, with surprisingly fruity aromas, great vivacity and volume on the palate.

A perfect matching with warm salads, stuffed pastries, fish casseroles, sea food, poultry with cream sauces or without a lot of spices, white meats, paellas and even with a delicately light curry. It also pairs well with spicy or vegetarian dishes thanks to the Chardonnay varietal’s characteristic creaminess.

The Winery

The Bach winery has very long tradition of winemaking, with a history that goes back to 1915 in Sant Esteve Sesrovires (in the province of Barcelona).  However, it was not until the Universal Exhibition in Barcelona in 1929 that the first bottles were launched.  Many years have passed since then, but the winery remains steadfast in its faithful adherence to the original spirit of the winery: quality, originality and personality in all of the wines and cavas that it makes.

Elaboration - Vinification

Most of the grapes entered the winery progressively over the month of September.
